Issuer (name torn off) states that Zayn al-Ḥaḍrat Abū Bakr has been sent to apprehend Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd and Muḥammad b. Ḥasan, who are shiḥna officials deployed in Zīrdamān Valley, to bring them to him, otherwise they shall be coercively removed.

لله [الحـ]ـمد                                                         ... (؟)  1
سرهنک زین‌الحضره ابوبکر را فرستاده شد محمد محمود  2
و محمد حسن کی بامر شحنگی در درۀ زیردمان (؟) کار کرده[‌اند]  3
در صحبت او بیایند و اکر اهستکی کنند او را اجازتست  4
تا ایشان را بتکلیف بیارد تا از عهده حقوق  5
دیوانی بیرون ایند بر این جمله بدانند               ...(؟)  6
Translation
Folio:
1 [Praise] is for God [?]
2 The commander Zayn al-Ḥaḍra Abū Bakr has been sent  
3 [so that] Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd and Muḥammad b. Ḥasan, who have been working in their capacity as shiḥnas in the Valley of Zīrdamān [?],  
4 come back with him. If they tarry, [Abū Bakr] is permitted  
5 to retrieve them with force, so that they  
6 meet their obligations to [pay their] diwani taxes. They should take note of this.           [merciful?
