[این] خطیست کی نبشته آمد از ا[قرار +/- 3] 2
[مسـ]ـعود ساکن دیه میان (؟) [+/- 1] اندر حال صحت و [ثبات عقل +/- 2] 3
[ر]غبت بی کرهی و جبری بر آن جمله کی در ذمهء ایشان (؟) حق (؟) اسـ[ـت (؟) +/- 2] 4
[و] داد باید مر اجل محترم مکرم نور الدین عزیز الاسلام [+/- 3] 5
[ا]ز غله مناصفه دویست من کی نیمه بود صد من حق واجب و[ام لازم (؟) +/- 2] 6
[مهلـ]ـت تا دو ماه بیوسته برساند گزارد به [+/- 5] 7
عذری و دفعی مشغول نگردد و این خط بفرمود نبـ[ـشتن +/- 3] 8
بود و ذالک فی غرة ذو الحجه سنه ثلاث و عشره و ستما[ئه] 9
