 مقر آمد احمد بن ابی طلحه ابی نصر بن مهدی بتن درستی ایشان وعقل ایشان بطوع نه بکره 2
 کی هست مر نو[!] نصر بن دانیال را فر من وفر ابی نصر بن مهدی هفت شیانی عدلی حقی واجب 3
 فامی لازم وما را ازین فاز گشتن نیست تا این هفت شیانی باوی تسلیم نه 4
 کنم این خط اوی را حجت در ماه شوال سال فر چهار صد یک 5

Translation
Folio:
1  In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
2  Aḥmad b. Abī Ṭalḥa (and) Abī Naṣr b. Mahdī acknowledged in their sound body and mind, voluntarily, not coercively,
3  as follows: “I and Abī Naṣr b. Mahdī owe Bū Naṣr b. Dāniyāl seven ʿadlī shiyānī. (It is) a binding obligation,
4  an obligatory debt. We cannot revoke this as long as I do not deliver to him these seven shiyānī.”
5  This document (serves as) evidence for him. (It was written) in the month of Shawwāl in the year four hundred and one.

Witness Clauses

6 ʿAlī b. Abī al-Qayyim was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
7 Abī al-Ḥasan ʿAlī b. Abī Saʿīd was a witness to his acknowledgment and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
8 Abī Manṣūr Maḥmūd b. Aḥmad was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
9 Abī al-Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ was a witness to their acknowledgment and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
10 Muḥammad b. Amīrak was a witness to his acknowledgment and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
11 Aḥmad (b.) Abī al-Ḥusayn was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
