9 fold lines, complete, black ink; pasted into Mirza Khwaja Muhammad’s notebook; in the bottom right corner is an entire transcription of the document written by Mirza Khwaja Muhammad in ballpoint pen dated 5 Isfand 1375 Hijrī Qamarī (=23 February 1997).

    این ذکریست مشتمل بران کی صلح افتاد میان ویرثان 2
     آدم براهیم احمدالله ولدان شیخ علی بن بهروز بران جمله 3
     کی مزدوری کی کرده چهار ساله بعد از وفات آدم براهیم میراث 4
     داران او را سیصد من غله بگزارد از آن جمله گندم 5
     صد من جو دویست وشیخ علی بن بهروز از دعوی 6
     کی کار کرده بیزار شد و برین جمله قرار افتاد و گواه 7
    گرفت کسانی را کی اسامی خود باخر این ذکر ثبت کنند 8
     و ذلک الثانی عشر من ذو القعده سنه تسع و ستمایه 9
10 برین جمله مرا گواه گرفت کتبه

Translation
Folio:
1     Praise to the One who deserves it.
2     This is a document concerning a reconciliation between the heirs
3     of Ādam [b.] Brāhīm [sic] [b.] Aḥmad Allāh and Shaykh ʿAlī b. Bihrūz regarding the following:
4     [For] the wage-labor that has been carried out over the four years since the passing of Ādam [b.] Brāhīm, 
5     the heirs [of Ādam] should pay him (i.e., ʿAlī) 300 mann of grain, consisting of
6     100 mann of wheat and 200 mann of barley. Shaykh ʿAlī b. Bihrūz
7     has therefore dropped the charges. It was decided accordingly and
8     they obtained testimony from the people whose names are recorded below in this document.
9     It [was written in] the 12th of Dhū al-Qaʿda, in the year 609.
10 My testimony was obtained on these matters. Muḥammad b. Shahyād (?) b. Muḥammad b. Bū ʿAlī wrote [it] in his hand.
11 Maḥmūd b. Muḥammad b. ʿAlī al-Kāsī (?) from Bū Yūsuf Suflā was a witness to this. [It was written] for him at his order.
12 Ḥusayn b. Aḥmad [b.] Mūsā from the village of Nīlinj [was a witness to this]. [It was written] for him at his order. Muḥammad wrote it.
13 Abū Bakr b. Aḥmad [b.] Mūsā [was a witness to this]. [It was written] for him at his order. Muḥammad b. Shahyād (?) wrote it.
14 Praise be to God, thanks [to the Lord].
