    این ذکریست کی نبشته آمد از اقرار زنگی بن آدم بن زنگی 2
    در حال جواز امر و کمال عقل بران جمله کی بفروخت دو در خانه 3
     در دیه سر اسپلیژ در موضع کی آنرا سرای گویند حدی اول 4
     خانه فروشنده وحدی دوام خانه فرزندان احمد محمد او خانهای 5
     فرزندان حسین بن علی غازی و حدی سه‌ام خانهای هندو کزازی (؟) 6
     و حدی چهارم [+ 1] علی محمد غازی و از خانه دیگر تا دیواری کی پل 7
     بران دیوال نهاده‌اند در [+ 1] به بیست و پنج دینار کی نیمه بود دوازده 8
     دینار و نیم مر قاضی امام اوحد الدین هیبت‌ الله بن داود را 9
     و بدین بها یک در [+ 1] و یک در از خانه‌ کی آنرا چوب پوش 10
     گویند بدین زنگی فروخت به بیست و پنج دینار 11
     زر و هر دو خصم درک و ضمان قبول کردند و از سر بیع متراضی  12
     برخاستند و این حجت فرمودند نبشتن از اقرار هر دو خصم 13
    بحضور جماعت کی اسامی ایشان ثبت افتاد بتاریخ هفتم ماه  14
    جمادی الاخر سنۀ ثلاثه و سبعین و خمسمایه 15
                     کتبه حسن بن ابی خضر  16
                     بیده صح 17
18 و شهد بذلک حسن بن علی خراط بامره شهد بذلک سعید بن الحسن عبد الرحمن و احمد بن العباس (؟) فریغون (؟) [+ 1] چوگانی (؟)
19 حسین بن یوسف عنهم بامرهم از قریه عزم (؟) وشهد بذلک محمد بن آدم حسن شهد بذالک علی محمد مامار (؟)

Translation
Folio:
1     In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate.
2     This is a document that was written following the acknowledgment by Zangī b. Ādam b. Zangī,
3     [made] in a state of being legally capable of conducting his affairs, of completely sound mind, the following: He sold two house units
4-5     in the village of Barāslīzh, in a place called Sarāy. The first boundary [is] the seller’s house; the second boundary [are] the house of Aḥmad b. Muḥammad’s children and the houses
6     of Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī Ghāzī’s children; the third boundary [are] the houses of Hindū Kazāzī (?);
7     the fourth boundary [is] [+ 1] of ʿAlī [b.] Muḥammad Ghāzī and from another house to a wall on which a walkway 
8     has been constructed [+ 2]. [He sold it] for 25 dīnārs, half of which is twelve 
9     and a half dīnārs, to qāḍī imām Awḥad al-Dīn Haybat Allāh b. Dāwud.
10-11     At this price, he sold one [+ 2] and one house unit which is called Chūbpūsh (lit., “wood cover”). He sold it to this Zangī for 25 gold dīnārs.
12     The two parties have accepted the guarantee against defect in title and concluded the sale to their mutual satisfaction. 
13     And they ordered for this document about the acknowledgement by both parties to be written
14     in the presence of the people whose names have been recorded [below], on the date of the seventh of the month of
15     Rabīʿ II, in the year 573.
16                                  Ḥasan b. Abī Khiḍṛ wrote [it]
17                                  in his hand. Valid.    
18 Ḥasan b. ʿAlī, the turner, was a witness to this. [It was written] at his order. Saʿīd b. al-Ḥasan [b.] ʿAbd al-Raḥmān was a witness to this. And Aḥmad b. al-ʿAbbās (?) [b.] Farīghūn (?) Chawgānī (?)
19 Ḥusayn b. Yūsuf from the village of ʿAzm (?) [wrote it] for them at their order. Muḥammad b. Ādam [b.] Ḥasan was a witness to this. ʿAlī [b.] Muḥammad [b.] Māmār (?) was a witness to that.
20 Praise be to God, thanks (?) [to the Lord].
