An acknowledgment of a sale of land by ʿĀisha bt. Muḥammad to a certain Ḥasan b. al-Ḥusayn for the price of 15 Fīrūzkūhī gold dīnārs.

    اقرار کرد عایشۀ ابنت محمد بن الحسین   2
    دانشمند از دیه سفمین (؟) در حال صحت نفس 3
    طایعتا راغبتا غیر مکره و لا مجبره 4
    علیه بران جمله کی بفروخت او یک 5
    تنه سیب وصل دانه در زمین (؟) درطخ 6
    از دو تیر یک تیر بپانزده دینار 7
    زر فیروزکوهی نقد وقت النصف 8
    هفت دینار نیم به امیر رییس اجل 9
     محترم زین‌ الدین حسن بن‌الحسین از 10
     دیه بردیز روز بیع حق بایعه 11
     بود بحکم بیع ملک مشتری 12
     گشت و بها تمامت قبض کرد 13
     و بخرید و بایع درک ضمان پذیرفت 14
     اگر مدعی آید خلاص بر وی باشد 15
     و این خط حجت داده شد بتاریخ بیست هفتم 16
     ماه رجب عظم الله برکته سنۀ ثلاثه عشر ستمایه 17

Translation
Folio:
1     In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
2     ʿĀisha bt. Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn 
3     [b.] Dānishmand from the village of _._.mīn has acknowledged, in a state of sound mind,
4     voluntarily and wilfully, without coercion or force,
5     the following: She has sold one 
6     tana of hybrid-seed (?) apple [trees] in her land in Darṭakh,
7     [which is] one share of two shares [of the entire property], for 15 Fīrūzkūhī gold dīnārs,
8     in the present currency, half 
9     of which is seven and a half dīnārs. [She sold it] to the illustrious, venerable amīr and raʾīs, 
10     Zayn al-Dīn Ḥasan b. al-Ḥusayn from
11     the village of Bardīz. At the time of sale, it was the rightful property of the seller;
12     in accordance with the [laws of] sale, it became the buyer’s property.
13     She accepted the full amount, 
14     and he bought [it]. The seller confirmed the guarantee against defects.
15     If a claimant comes forward, the resolution [of this dispute] rests with her.
16     This document has been handed over as proof on the date of the 27th
17     of the month of Rajab, may God magnify its blessing, in the year 613.
18 Muḥammad b. Muḥammad [b.] Dānishmand was a witness to that [and] he wrote it. Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn b. ʿUmar wrote it in his hand. Abū al-Ḥasan b. Abū Bakr was a witness to that. [He wrote it] in his hand.
19   She acknowledged the sale and receipt of the money in front of me. Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn wrote it in his hand.
