An order sent from al-Dīwān al-Ikhtiyārī to the muqaddams of six villages concerning the collection of the tithe (ʿushr) in the presence of the Muʿtamid ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-Rashīd.

کی مستوجب غرامت گردند و مرسوم از صد من یک من بدهند 6

برین جمله بروند اعتماد نمایند سنه اربع عشر و ستمایه 9

Translation
Folio:
1 al-Diwān al-Ikhtiyārī
2 Trust [the signet].
3 The muqaddams of the following places,
4 may [God] extend their glory, should collect the grain-tithe in the presence of the muʿtamid ʿAlī [b.] ʿAbd al-Rashīd. 
5 In his absence, no one shall collect [even] one mann of grain,
6 or they will face fines and will have to pay a fee of one mann per every 100 mann.
7 Band Alīzh Pūzā-yi ʿUlyā Shārastay
8 Anwargird Sparf Khāy
9 They shall act according to this manner. They shall trust [the signet]. [It has been written in] the year 614.
10 Right margin: In the case of abandoned property, he will report [on it] and seize [it].
