Content

A  debt acknowledgment of 5 old Fīrūzkūhī gold coins owed to Zakī Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd Ghaznawī. The repayment is guaranteed with a collateral of ⅙ of a bathhouse owned by the debtor Najīb al-Dīn ʿAlī b. Shams al-Dīn Maḥmūd b. Jamāl.

در حال جواز اقرار بران جمله کی بر وی  و در ذمه ویست 3
مر خواجه زکی محمد بن محمود غزنوی را از زر 4
فیروزکوهی کهنه پنج دینار کی نیمه بود دو دینار نیم  5
حق واجب و گرو داد باین پنج دینار یک تیر 6
از شش تیر از یک دربند گرمابه کی ویرا بود 7
در دیه طاق بموضع پایان دیه معروف گرمابه  8
زیرناژ مستغنی از حدود مر مقر له مذکور را 9
تا شش ماه پیوسته از تاریخ بیستم ماه ربیع الاول 10
سنه احدی تسعین خمسمایه و هر دخل کی می تواند بدین مقر له 11
مباح کرد و درک [+ 1] ضامن شد بتاریخ شهر ربیع الآخر 12
سنه احدی وتسعین وخمسمایه    13

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
2 The amīr Najīb al-Dīn ʿAlī b. Shams al-Dīn Maḥmūd [b.] Jamāl acknowledged,
3 in a state of legal capability for acknowledgement, the following: He owes, and is obligated to pay,
4 Khwāja Zakī Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd Ghaznawī, in
5 old Fīrūzkūhī gold [coins?], five dinars, half of which is two dinars and a half. 
6 (This is) a binding obligation. For these five dinars, he pledged one share
7 out of six shares of a public bath-house he owns, which is located
8 in the village of Ṭāq, at the bottom of the village, and is known as the Bathhouse of
9 Zīr-nāzh. No further delimitation is necessary. (He should repay) the mentioned beneficiary
10 within six successive months starting from the twentieth of the month of Rabīʿ I,
11 in the year 591. (The acknowledger) permitted this beneficiary to use (the bathhouse during this time) whenever he can.
12 He stood surety (regarding any claim relating to) defects [+ 1], in the month of Rabīʿ II
13 in the year 591.
14 Anbiyā [?] [b.] Ḥusayn [b.] Muḥammad [b.] Amīr witnessed this. Al-Ḥusayn b. al-Ḥasan b. ʿUthmān wrote [this] in his hand. Valid.
15 Khwāja ʿAlī b. Abī Bakr the shoemaker is a witness. [It was written] at his order. Muḥammad b. Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Malik acknowledged what is herein. [He wrote this] in his hand.
16 Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan Paryānī witnessed this. Muḥammad [b.] Abū Qāsim [b.] ʿUmar acknowledged what is herein. He wrote [this] in his hand.
