 ایشان بروایی کار ایشان فی ستمی وجوری بطوع کفر ماست مر بو نصر بن دانیال را یک 3
 اجور هفتاد پنج شیانی عدلی بوزن آنچ نیمه اوی باشد سی وهفت نیم شیانی حقی واجب 4
 فامی لازم وایشان را ازین فاز گشتن نیست جز بگزاردن این حق وحاله این تا سه دو ماه 5
 پیوسته واین خط بدادم تا حجت باشد وذلک تسع خلون من شهر ربیع الاول سنه 6

Translation
Folio:
1  In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
2  Abū al-Ḥasan b. Muḥammad, known as Jumʿa, Aḥmad b. Abī ʿAlī and Abī Dāwūd b. Abī al-Faḍl acknowledged in their sound body and mind,
3  their acts being legal, without any oppression or force, voluntarily, as follows: “We owe Bū Naṣr b. Dāniyāl one
4  payment of seventy-five ʿadlī shiyānī, in (full) weight, half of which being thirty-seven and a half shiyānī. (It is) a binding obligation,
5  an obligatory debt. They cannot revoke this but by paying this debt. This is to be transferred within three two consecutive months.”
6  I gave this document so that it would be evidence. This (was written) on the ninth of the month of Rabīʿ I in the year
7  four hundred and nine.      The correct (period of transfer is) two months.

Witness Clauses

8  ʿAlī b. Abī Saʿīd the money changer was a witness to the acknowledgment of both of them with all that is in it, and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
9  Abī Yaḥyā Muḥammad b. Saʿīd al-Ḥammādī was a witness to their acknowledgment with all that is in it, and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
10  Shāhak b. Abī ʿAlī was a witness to their acknowledgment with all that is in it, and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
11  Abū Zayd b. ʿAbd Allāh was a witness to their acknowledgment with all that is in it, and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
12  Al-Mukabbir b. Abī Bakr the trader was a witness to the acknowledgment of both of them with all that is in it, and it was written according to his order.
13  Aḥmad b. ʿAlī b. Abī Bakr al-Marwī was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
14 ʿAbd al-Wāḥid b. Muḥammad al-Nuʿmānī was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
