This document is a letter sent by a sovereign named Tämär Quš, presumably from Ganzhou to a certain George on affairs of state concerning the Aža people, and a news of “partnership” in the “fortunate Uygur kingdom”, referring to the region of Ganzhou, probably at the end of the year 884, connected to S 389.
